Dr. Emily Chen is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in relationship dynamics, attachment theory, and emotional wellbeing. A graduate of Stanford University and holding a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Yale, she has advised thousands of couples on navigating emotional intimacy, communication, and mental health resilience. Dr. Chen joined WellbeingWhisper’s expert advisory board in 2018, contributing her deep knowledge and editorial review to our relationship and emotional health content. Dr. Marcus Hill is a nationally recognized psychotherapist and speaker specializing in anxiety, identity development, and men’s mental health. He received his doctorate in Psychology from the University of Michigan and completed clinical training at Harvard Medical School. In 2020, he joined WellbeingWhisper as a contributing expert, lending his insight to our mental health features and relationship guides. As the founder of the MindWell Institute, he leads initiatives connecting psychological research with everyday emotional wellness. Dr. Hill is known for his accessible expertise on emotional intelligence and gender dynamics and is a frequent guest on national mental health panels and podcasts.
Dr. Aisha Malik, MD, Board-Certified Psychiatrist, Women’s Mental Health Specialist

Dr. Aisha Malik is a board-certified psychiatrist with a clinical focus on women’s mental health, postpartum mood disorders, and trauma-informed care. She earned her MD from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency at UCSF. Since 2018, Dr. Malik has served as a trusted medical reviewer and contributor at WellbeingWhisper, ensuring the clinical accuracy of our mental health and wellness content. In addition to her academic work and clinical practice, she advocates for mental health access among marginalized communities and mentors young professionals entering the psychiatric field.
